Apes as a mirror for our organizational behaviour. From the start our goal is to let people in organisation look at behaviour in a different way. Only when you understand how behaviour arises, you can influence it effectively.  


In our training courses, workshops and guidance programs, we hold up a mirror for people. Often with humour and stimuli, but always with the aim of making the motivation of human behaviour visible. 

We help organisations take steps in their developments and changes, and put their finger on the sore spots to know what to change. 

We take organisations to the zoo to train skills and to find the mirror for our behaviour. Or we bring our skills and knowledge to our own location for workshops, lectures and trainings.

Team Development
If you put two people together, you have a team in theory, but whether this is an effective team depends on many factors. 
In research we show that cooperation is in our genes, however, this does not always mean that we work together effectively. To form a team you can use knowledge and experience from our research and science.

Change Management
"Survival of the fittest" means nothing else than that if the environment changes, only those who adapt will have the greatest chance of survival.
